We are a property management company…. YAWN.

HostOften is an innovative management hybrid. Specializing in vacation rental management (Airbnb), HostOften grew from 1-25 properties in this past year and is building new divisions for executive rentals and virtual services.

We are forecasting 50 properties by the end of this year and 100 by Q3 2019, and you will be an integral part of that.

Currently focused in Halifax, HostOften is building strategies to expand across Canada, South America and the Caribbean within the next few months.

Responsibilities

  • DIRECT SALES
  • Attracting new clients to grow the business
  • Working alongside the management team to make decisions for operational activities and setting strategic goals
  • Improving systems for virtual staff to attract and onboard new clients

Operations

  • Communicating with prospective clients, building relationships, and guiding the on boarding process
  • Tracking everything through CRM systems
  • Regularly networking with other industry professionals
  • Building relationships with clients and vendors
  • Lead clients through an on boarding process
  • Inspiring new brand ambassadors

You will make a base salary plus a commission for every client successfully onboarded. Take advantage of your interpersonal skills!

Evaluations at 3 and 6 month intervals.
